2. RISK AND TITLE

2.1 Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

3.2 These prices include delivery costs and V.A.T at the prevailing rate, which will be included in the total amount due.

3.3 We reserve the right to not approve the sale of goods shown on this website.

4. IMPORT DUTY

4.1 If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

4.2 Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

6.1 These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

7. LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. RETURNS

Any product that is deemed faulty due to manufacturing should be returned directly to the respective manufacturer whose address can be found on their website. Any product that may have been purchased on this website can be returned to Wellie Boots ONLINE who will either refund the cost of the purchase or exchange for a different size if recieved back within 7 days. The purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the courier back to Wellie Boots ONLINE. If you do require your footwear to be sent back to Wellie Boots ONLINE, the return address is Wellie Boots ONLINE, Downes Mill, Crediton, Devon EX17 3PW. Please include your purchase details and requirements. Any purchased item returned to Wellie Boots ONLINE after 7 days is liable to a £15.00 restocking fee. No returns after 30 days from date of purchase.

Claims in respect of short or incorrect deliveries, or damage to goods in transit must be notified to the company, in writing, within 3 days of receipt of goods.
